The 4th Watchers
The night is divided into 4 parts of 3 hours from 6PM to 6AM. The 4th watch is from 3AM-6AM. We can come to God any time to pray. Remember our bodies are now the temple of the Lord. Nehemiah, who spearheaded the rebuilding of the wall to protect the temple deduced the need for watchmen all throughout the day and night [Nehemiah 4]. The Lord has highlighted to me this 4th watch however, especially since 2020. I believe these three hours to be particularly effective, especially as more of us pray during this time.
DELIVERANCE
"And it came to pass, that in the morning watch the LORD looked unto the host of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and of the cloud, and troubled the host of the Egyptians, And took off their chariot wheels, that they drave them heavily: so that the Egyptians said, Let us flee from the face of Israel; for the LORD fighteth for them against the Egyptians." Exodus 14:24-25
PREPARATION
“And rising very early in the morning, while it was still dark, he departed and went out to a desolate place, and there he prayed.” Mark 1:35
POWER IN THE STORM
“And in the fourth watch of the night he came to them, walking on the sea.” Matthew 14:25
HISTORY MAKERS
Mary Magdalene was the first to see the tomb rolled away. Jesus Himself appeared to her first, even before the disciples.
“Now on the first day of the week Mary Magdalene came to the tomb early, while it was still dark and saw that the stone had been taken away from the tomb.” John 20:1

Protection
But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet, and the people are not warned, and the sword comes and takes any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at the watchman’s hand.’ Ezekiel 33:6
